    Interdisciplinary Minor in Marketing

    This minor is not open to students who are pursuing the BBA with a concentration in marketing.

    A grade of C- or higher in each of the five courses offered in the minor.

    All of the following:

    • Principles of Marketing Management (3100)
    • Consumer Behavior (3140)
    • International Business and Marketing   (3170)
    • Television and Radio Advertising   (2517)
    • Advertising and Direct Marketing (3130)

    One course chosen from the following: 

    • Asian Business (3175)
    • Seminar in Marketing Research (4100W)
    • Mass Communication and Mass Media

    A Minor in Television and Radio for ALL STUDENTS

    Each of the following courses:

    • Introduction to Mass Media (1165)
    • Television and Radio Writing (2616)
    • Industry, Institutions, and Audience in
      Television and Radio (2265)
    • SIght/Sound/Motion: Basic Production
      Theories and Techniques (2420)
    • One other advanced course, beyond
      Television   and Radio 2420, with   appropriate prerequisites.

A minor consists of at least 12 credits in advanced electives as determined by a department or program at Brooklyn College, each completed with a grade of C- or higher.
